欢迎使用 Cloud Term（包括 Web 端 https://www.cloudterm.cn 及 Windows / macOS 桌面客户端，以下简称"本应用"或"我们"）。在访问或使用本应用前，请仔细阅读本服务条款（以下简称"本条款"）。你注册账号或使用本应用，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意受本条款约束。如你不同意本条款，请停止使用本应用。

1. 服务说明 ​

Cloud Term 是一款跨平台终端工具，提供 SSH 远程连接、SFTP 文件传输、命令片段管理、多设备配置云同步（端到端加密）等功能。我们可能不时新增、调整或下线部分功能。

2. 账号 ​

  • 你可以通过 Google 或 GitHub 等第三方账号登录本应用；
  • 你应对账号下的所有活动负责，请妥善保管你的登录凭证与加密密钥；
  • 如发现账号被未经授权使用，请立即联系我们。

3. 合理使用 ​

你承诺仅将本应用用于合法目的。你 不得：

  • 使用本应用连接、访问或攻击任何你无权访问的服务器或系统；
  • 利用本应用从事扫描、渗透、拒绝服务攻击等未经授权的安全测试或任何违法活动；
  • 对本应用进行逆向工程、恶意爬取、干扰或破坏服务的正常运行；
  • 将账号或服务转售、出租给第三方用于违反本条款的用途。

你通过本应用连接与操作的远程服务器由你自行控制，你应确保对目标系统拥有合法访问权限，并对你在远程系统上执行的所有操作及其后果承担全部责任。

4. 你的数据 ​

  • 你的连接配置、身份凭证、代码片段等敏感数据在设备端 端到端加密 后同步至云端，我们无法读取明文，也无法为你找回加密密钥——请务必妥善备份；
  • 数据的收集与使用方式详见我们的 隐私政策；
  • 你可随时导出本地备份，或联系我们删除账号及全部关联数据。

5. 知识产权 ​

本应用及其相关的软件、界面、商标、文档等知识产权归我们所有。除本条款明确授权外，未经书面许可，你不得复制、修改、传播或以其他方式使用上述内容。

6. 免责声明 ​

  • 本应用按"现状"（AS IS）和"可用"（AS AVAILABLE）基础提供，我们不对服务的不间断、无错误、完全安全作出保证；
  • 对因网络故障、第三方服务（如 Google / GitHub 登录）中断、不可抗力等造成的服务不可用或数据延迟，我们不承担责任；
  • 在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失（包括但不限于数据丢失、业务中断、利润损失）承担责任；
  • 你因违反第 3 条使用本应用而产生的一切法律责任由你自行承担。

7. 服务变更与终止 ​

  • 我们可能随时调整、暂停或终止部分或全部服务；对重大变更我们会尽合理努力提前通知；
  • 如你违反本条款，我们有权暂停或终止你的账号；
  • 你可以随时停止使用本应用并请求删除账号数据。

8. 条款更新 ​

我们可能不时修订本条款，修订后的条款将在本页面公布并更新生效日期。重大变更后你继续使用本应用，即视为接受修订后的条款。

Welcome to Cloud Term (the web app at https://www.cloudterm.cn and the Windows / macOS desktop clients, "the App", "we"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the App. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service ​

Cloud Term is a cross-platform terminal tool providing SSH remote connections, SFTP file transfer, command snippets, and end-to-end encrypted multi-device configuration sync. Features may be added, changed, or discontinued from time to time.

2. Accounts ​

  • You may sign in with a third-party account such as Google or GitHub;
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials and encryption keys;
  • Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use ​

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • use the App to connect to, access, or attack any server or system you are not authorized to access;
  • use the App for unauthorized security testing (scanning, penetration, denial-of-service) or any illegal activity;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or disrupt the App;
  • resell or rent your account or the service to third parties for purposes that violate these Terms.

The remote servers you connect to through the App are under your own control. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have lawful access to the target systems and for all actions you perform on them and their consequences.

4. Your Data ​

  • Sensitive data (connections, credentials, snippets) is end-to-end encrypted on your device before syncing. We cannot read the plaintext and cannot recover your encryption keys — please keep backups;
  • See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use data;
  • You may export local backups at any time, or contact us to delete your account and all associated data.

5. Intellectual Property ​

The App, including its software, interfaces, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by us. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use them without written permission.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability ​

  • The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation;
  • We are not liable for unavailability or delays caused by network failures, third-party service outages (e.g., Google / GitHub sign-in), or force majeure;
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits);
  • You bear all legal liability arising from your violation of Section 3.

7. Changes & Termination ​

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice of material changes. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account data at any time.

8. Updates to These Terms ​

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after material changes constitutes acceptance.
