隐私政策（Privacy Policy） ​

本隐私政策适用于 Cloud Term（包括 Web 端 https://www.cloudterm.cn 及 Windows / macOS 桌面客户端，以下简称"本应用"或"我们"）。使用本应用即表示你同意本政策所述的数据处理方式。

我们收集的信息 ​

通过第三方登录（Google / GitHub）获取的信息 ​

当你选择使用 Google 账号登录时，我们通过 Google OAuth（scope：openid、email、profile）获取以下信息：

  • 账号唯一标识（ID）：用于在本应用中识别你的账号；
  • 姓名 / 昵称：用于在界面中展示；
  • 头像：用于在界面中展示；
  • 邮箱地址（仅已验证邮箱）：用于账号关联与必要的服务通知。

使用 GitHub 登录时获取的信息范围相同（GitHub 用户名、头像、主邮箱）。

我们 不会 获取你 Google / GitHub 账号中的其他任何数据（如通讯录、云端文件、仓库代码等）。

你在使用中产生的数据 ​

  • 连接配置与凭证：你保存的 SSH 连接、身份凭证、代码片段与偏好设置。这些数据在你的设备上 端到端加密 后才同步至云端，服务器仅存储密文，我们无法读取你的密码与私钥明文。
  • 基础运行日志：用于故障排查与安全审计的服务端访问日志（如时间、IP、接口路径），不包含你的终端会话内容。

我们如何使用这些信息 ​

  • 创建与识别你的账号，完成登录认证；
  • 在多设备之间同步你的（端到端加密的）配置数据；
  • 在界面中展示你的昵称与头像；
  • 保障服务安全、排查故障。

我们 不会 将你的个人信息出售给任何第三方，不会 将其用于广告或用户画像，不会 提供给人工智能模型训练。

Google 用户数据的使用（Limited Use 声明） ​

Cloud Term 对从 Google API 获取的信息的使用，遵守 Google API 服务用户数据政策（Google API Services User Data Policy），包括其中的 有限使用（Limited Use） 要求：

  • 仅将 Google 用户数据用于上文所述的登录认证与界面展示；
  • 不将 Google 用户数据转让、出售给第三方；
  • 不将 Google 用户数据用于广告；
  • 不允许任何人工读取 Google 用户数据，除非获得你的明确同意、出于安全目的或法律要求。

数据存储与安全 ​

  • 敏感配置数据（连接、凭证、片段）在客户端加密后传输与存储，采用端到端加密，服务端不持有解密密钥；
  • 账号基础信息（ID、昵称、头像地址、邮箱）存储于我们的服务器数据库中，传输全程使用 HTTPS/TLS 加密；
  • 我们采取访问控制、最小权限等措施保护服务器安全。

数据保留与删除 ​

  • 账号数据在你的账号存续期间保留；
  • 你可以随时联系我们（见下方联系方式）请求 删除账号及全部关联数据，我们将在 30 天内完成删除；
  • 你也可以随时在 Google 账号安全设置 中撤销 Cloud Term 的访问授权。

第三方服务 ​

本应用的登录功能由 Google 与 GitHub 提供，其对你数据的处理分别适用：

儿童隐私 ​

本应用面向开发者与运维人员，不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

政策更新 ​

本政策如有重大变更，我们会在本页面更新并调整生效日期。请定期查阅。

Privacy Policy (English) ​

This Privacy Policy applies to Cloud Term (the web app at https://www.cloudterm.cn and the Windows / macOS desktop clients, "the App", "we").

Information We Collect ​

Via Third-Party Sign-In (Google / GitHub) ​

When you sign in with Google, we request the OAuth scopes openid, email, and profile, and receive only:

  • your account identifier (ID) — used to identify your account in the App;
  • your name — displayed in the user interface;
  • your profile picture — displayed in the user interface;
  • your email address (verified only) — used for account association and essential service notices.

Signing in with GitHub provides the equivalent information (username, avatar, primary email). We do not access any other data from your Google or GitHub account.

Data Generated While Using the App ​

  • Connection configurations and credentials (SSH connections, identities, snippets, preferences) are end-to-end encrypted on your device before being synced. Our servers store only ciphertext; we cannot read your passwords or private keys.
  • Basic server logs (timestamp, IP, API path) for troubleshooting and security auditing. Terminal session content is never logged.

How We Use This Information ​

  • To create and identify your account and authenticate sign-in;
  • To sync your (end-to-end encrypted) configuration across devices;
  • To display your name and avatar in the UI;
  • To keep the service secure and diagnose issues.

We do not sell your personal information, use it for advertising or profiling, or use it to train AI models.

Use of Google User Data (Limited Use Disclosure) ​

Cloud Term's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we:

  • only use Google user data for the sign-in and display purposes described above;
  • do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties;
  • do not use Google user data for advertising;
  • do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your explicit consent, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.

Data Storage & Security ​

Sensitive configuration data is end-to-end encrypted; the server never holds decryption keys. Basic account information (ID, name, avatar URL, email) is stored in our server database, and all transmission uses HTTPS/TLS.

Data Retention & Deletion ​

Account data is retained while your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the contact below; deletion is completed within 30 days. You can also revoke Cloud Term's access at any time in your Google Account permissions.

Children's Privacy ​

The App is intended for developers and operations professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy ​

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
